How does Alguna help us run our pricing?
You manage every pricing model in one place, and the same rules follow the customer through quotes, invoices, and their account. Change a price once and you don't have to chase it across three systems.
Can Alguna handle tiered and usage-based models?
Yes. Tiered, graduated, volume, seat-based, percentage-based, and usage-based models are all supported, and you can combine them in a single contract. Prepaid credits and hybrid plans work the same way.
How does Alguna handle tax?
Tax is calculated as part of the price, including multi-decimal rates such as 8.875%, so invoices and reporting agree. You can use our own tax engine, Stripe Tax, or your existing provider.
Will this speed up how our sales team quotes?
Quotes are built from your catalog and priced automatically, so reps don't rebuild a spreadsheet for every deal. They send, the customer signs, and the subscription and first invoice follow without a handoff.
What happens when we change the price of an existing plan?
You update the price once and choose what it applies to. Existing subscriptions can keep their agreed terms or move to the new price at renewal, and quotes and invoices pick up the change from that point on.
